Cranial Sacral Therapy is a form of subtle therapeutic touch used to regulate the flow of cerebrospinal fluid and restore the natural position of the cranium, spine and connective tissue. This modality is used to relieve migraine and tension headaches, TMJ issues, neck, back and shoulder pain, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, concentration or memory issues and general anxiety/stress.
The lymphatic system is part of the circulatory system comprised of lymphatic nodes, organs and vessels. The fluid, lymph, carries lymphocytes and other white blood cells to areas of infection and protects injured areas causing swelling. Lymphatic Drainage helps to get lymph fluids moving, reduce swelling and promote healing.
